Yaa, itulah gambar dari seorang rapper asal Somalia yang menyanyikan sebuah lagu berjudul Wavin' Flag. Lagunya tersebut telah dinobatkan menjadi soundtrack resmi sebuah ajang pertandingan sepak bola Internasional, FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010. Lagu tersebut akan dipakai dalam keseluruhan setiap promo World Cup di seluruh dunia, termasuk menjadi soundtrack dalam iklan komersial di TV, serta diputar juga dalam setiap promo FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola.

Pernyataan tersebut dibuat pada konferensi pers global yang dihadiri oleh Coca-Cola chairman and CEO Muhtar Kent dan Ketua FIFA Sepp Blatter yang diselenggarakan di Zurich, Switzerland.

Rapper 31 tahun tersebut lahir di Mogadishu. Pada usianya yang ke-13 ia singgah ke New York bersama ibu dan kakaknya dan akhirnya mereka menetap di Rexdale, Ontario, Canada.

Lagu Wavin’ flag tersebut merupakan salah satu singel dari albumnya, Troubadour yang dirilis tahun 2009 kemarin.
