Single L'Arc~en~Ciel - BLESS adalah single kedua yang dirilis Laruku sejak 2008, yaitu setelah single NEXUS 4 / SHINE. Single ini telah ditetapkan NHK sebagai theme song dari Olimpiade musim dingin yang disiarkan oleh stasiun TV tersebut.Alasan NHK memilih Laruku untuk theme song-nya: "Menjadi seniman mendapat dukungan luas dari seluruh generasi dan gender, itulah titik yang mewakili pesona dan gairah yang unik dari olahraga" katanya. Banyaknya fans yg menunggu single baru dari Laruku dan banyaknya orang yang menanti acara olahaga musim dingin ini akan memastikan besarnya antusiasme dari masyarakat untuk menyaksikan acara "Sunday Sport" dan "MUSIC JAPAN" di NHK.
Single "BLESS" akan dirilis Limited Edition dalam bentuk DVD, dan juga telah didesain Limited Edition Jacket.
